In order to meet the needs of high-load self-lubricating bearings in a wide range of applications, LIANYI has developed a series of fiber-reinforced composite self-lubricating bearing products. These bearings combine the excellent lubricating properties of PTFE with the strength and stability of a directional fiberglass wound structure.
LIANYI fiber-reinforced composite bearings use epoxy resin impregnated with directional winding fibers composite structure to provide high axial and radial strength for bearings under high load conditions.
Â
Â
> High load capacity
The reinforced composite structure makes the bearing have high static and dynamic load capacity;
> Corrosion resistance
The inert nature of filament winding materials makes these products ideal for corrosive environments such as seawater and acidic environments;
> Excellent shock and edge load resistance
Excellent chemical and corrosion protection, providing an inert material barrier between surfaces for extended service life;
> Dimensional stability
Low water absorption, low expansion.
> Low friction operation
The natural lubricating ability of PTFE on the surface of fiber-reinforced composite bearings ensures a low coefficient of friction in dry friction conditions.
