1. Do we need extension modules?



Although input/ output extension modules are not necessary, they do allow for transmitters, DC voltage and current input monitoring, relay output, and switch status monitoring. Depending on your unique needs, we might also provide modification.



 



2. On how many PMC200S can a single acquisition node be configured?



A Category 5e shielded twisted pair cable can be used to connect up to 32 devices to a single node. The bus really should not be longer than 1200 meters if no repeaters are used.
